Our quotes are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Modular Office Systems Installation Services Provided By Blackmon Design

• A purchase order for receiving, delivery and or installation, including the contact names and telephone numbers are required prior to scheduling an installation.  Copies of the purchase orders with specifications should be provided for incoming product.
  
  
• Our quotes are based on the delivery and or installation during normal business hours.
  
  
• Unless otherwise specified, delivery of backordered items, replacement items, punch list items or delivery of partial orders are not included in our quote.
  
  
• Our quotes for system installations are based on the installation drawings/floor plans provided. Changes to the system may incur additional charges.
  
  
• Any installation fee which exceeds $6,000.00 requires a 50% deposit prior to installation.
  
  
• A 50% deposit is required on all installations in which the billing party is out of state.
  
  
• All Invoices are net 15 days. Any invoice not paid within 22 days is considered past due and will affect the scheduling of deliveries and or installations.
  
  
• Requests for Certificates of Insurance should be requested 5 days prior to scheduling an installation. Late requests for Certificates of Insurance may delay the installation.
  
  
• Unless otherwise noted, our quotes expire after 90 days.
  
  
• Acceptance of our quote is acceptance of our terms and conditions.
